Row Row Row Your Boat
I just remembered this one the other day. Another easy one, two verses, or just repeat the first one lots if you are scared of crocodiles.
I sit baby on my lap and row her back and forth. As she is four months she is able to hold up her head and is getting stonger each day so this helps her with learning to sit up by herself.
This could also be a great bathtime song with all the splashing involved in rowing.
